What I'd put on my Christmas list...if I didn't already own them.

While we still have to get through Thanksgiving, it seems that this year is flying by, and we are fastly approaching the holiday season. As someone who usually just buys what I want all year long, I relate to the struggle of not knowing the answer when someone asks the ever-famous question, “What do you want for Christmas?” If you’re looking for inspiration for what to add to your wishlist or need ideas for what to get others, I have compiled some of my favorite things that I would ask for 一 if I didn’t already own them.

My holy grail, LIFESAVER, of an invention. As someone with naturally curly hair, I love the attachments it comes with because it’s versatile for all hair types. I know the Dyson Airwrap is a fan-favorite, but I am a big fan of the Shark, and it helps that it’s half the price. It’s a staple hair tool in my routine, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Photos taken on my Kodak PixPro FZ-45

Digital cameras have been all the rage for a few years now. They bring an aspect of fun to capturing memories that you don’t get just by taking pictures on your phone. I’ve always owned Kodak-brand digital cameras, and they have been reliable and produce high-quality photos. This camera is easy to use and perfect to add to your holiday wishlist.

I’ve recently discovered this lip stain, and to say I’m obsessed would be an understatement. It is so easy to use and the color stays on your lips for HOURS. Through a day or night of eating, drinking, smooching and yapping, this lip stain can withstand all of that and more. Plus, the color is gorgeous, but if it’s not your cup of tea, there are 17 other shades to choose from.

Slippers are such a staple for the winter season. Whether or not you live in a slipper household, I would still recommend these shoes. They are extremely comfortable for both indoor and outdoor activities, and they have lasted me a few years, so they are definitely a good investment.

Specifically in the Go Ahead wash, these are my go-to, everyday pair of jeans. I know that everyone has their own preference, high or low rise, light or dark wash, the list goes on and on. But this pair of jeans is so versatile and perfect for every season. I recommend getting them in a size or two bigger than your normal size for the baggier, oversized, low-rise style. I’m quite biased because I only wear Levi’s jeans, but this style has been a tried and true pair of jeans for me for over a year.

  1. Heated blanket

My heated blanket is one of my most prized possessions, which was actually on my Christmas list last year. Contrary to popular belief, a heated blanket can be used year-round, especially if you are like me and always cold. If you want one but are worried about burning your house down or something, most heated blankets come with heat settings and a timer, so that it won’t stay on all night. Not only will it keep you warm, but it’s also comforting, similar to a weighted blanket.

This is something I actually bought on a whim after seeing it on TikTok. I have a lot of sunglasses, and sometimes my favorite ones get lost at the bottom of the bin. So this rotating display organizer is the perfect way to see your sunglasses and not have to dig to find your favorite pair. Depending on the color of your room, it comes in gold, silver and black, so it will match your decor perfectly.

  1. House of Harlow hoops

ree

My everyday favorite pair of gold hoops. There is a difference between House of Harlow and House of Harlow 1960. The 1960 brand is sold at Marshalls/TJ Maxx and is what I’m referring to. Depending on your budget, you can totally ask for the more expensive brand, but I have religiously worn the House of Harlow 1960 gold hoop earrings every single day for years, and they have not tarnished or turned my ears green. They are the perfect earrings to ask for, and once again, there is usually a variety of styles in silver and gold, so there is something for everyone.

I recently got weatherproof car mats from Amazon after exclusively having carpet mats, and to say they have been a game-changer is an understatement. You don’t track dirt and debris into your car, but if you do, you can just shake the mats out rather than having to get in there and vacuum them. These may not be at the top of your list or something you even thought of as a necessity, but out of pure convenience, I cannot recommend this enough.

I really could go on and on about my favorite things that I would add to my list a million times over. Some honorable mentions include: the Anker phone charging stand, a travel jewelry case, Valentino Donna Born in Roma perfume and a leather, sherpa-lined jacket. This entire list consists of things that I definitely can't live without, and I hope you love them as much as I do!
